Lakota liberation
The Lakota have withdrawn from all treaties with the US Government and declared themselves an independent sovereign nation. Can't say I blame them, it's not like the US government has ever adhered to the treaties. If you really hate taxes but can't afford to move to a Middle Eastern or Caribbean tax haven, you can now renounce your US citizenship and move to Lakota territory!

I have tried that abs diet and I can attest to the fact that it made me renounce my citizenship and move to Lakota country.
