In fact, every single tax payer in the US is technically a criminal now (don't worry, you already were). The problem is that the US government funds al-Hurra, a TV station in Iraq. No biggie, except the people they put in charge don't speak Arabic and so haven't really noticed that the station us tax payers are paying for is broadcasting terrorist messages.
